I am the CEO and principal of 2 pre-schools. What I did not know was the amazing rewards that would be reaped from owning and running a preschool. I have 33 amazing staff members reliant on their jobs and passionate about whom at least 90% have been with me since I opened or over the past 10 years of my 15 years of opening. We have grown from a small 45-child pre-school to 100-plus children over 2 pre-schools.The joy it gives me is long-lasting and rewarding in every way.

As the Founder and Lead Trainer of my business, I specialize in teaching the art of public speaking to students as young as 10 and guiding young professionals as they step into their careers. Over the years, I have grown this vision into a platform that equips the next generation with the tools to lead, speak, and impact their communities with clarity.

As the Academic Director of FutureBanker, I lead with a vision to democratise access to quality education for all, especially women and youth. FutureBanker is a proudly 100% black woman-owned, accredited vocational, higher education and training provider. We are committed to reshaping the financial sector through inclusive, dynamic, and future-focused learning.
